“For three years, the service arm of VPI, the company VPI European Rail Service GmbH (VERS), has been providing services to wagon keepers and workshops. The initial establishment phase is now behind them. Joachim Wirtgen and Heiko Radke, the joint managing directors of VERS, used the time to expand the European orientation of their core product, the “VPI European Maintenance Guide”.
