Electronic data interchange

Module 08A (Electronic Data Interchange), which was formerly integrated into the VPI-EMG, including Annexes 1 and 2 and the associated XSD schema with the selection lists, was removed from the VPI-EMG as part of the publication of edition 5.0 of the VPI-EMG. The current edition 4.0 is now made available in its own “Electronic data interchange” area on the VERS website. Future editions will also be published here independently of the VPI-EMG.

Change suggestions can still be submitted via VPI-EMG 01, Annex 18, form for change suggestions and position statements.

The module VPI-EMG 08B (VERS tool) is now available for VPI-EMG recipients in the VERS tool website area as a user manual.
