VERS training room

The basic furnishings, such as tables and chairs (for max. 20 persons), are available. The room also features a beamer, a whiteboard and a smart TV. If interest exists, we can also purchase additional video equipment.

The room has plenty of daylight but can also be darkened with curtains.

As there is no canteen, snack bar, etc. in the immediate vicinity, catering can be requested. Non-alcoholic beverages are available to a certain extent in the training room. The room also has a refrigerator and a coffee machine.

In 2024, VERS will not charge any fee for use of the room.

As of 2025, a usage fee of €100/day can be expected.

2. WCs
The men’s WC is located at the end of the hall (ground floor), and the women’s WC is on the second floor, next to the kitchen.

3. Use of dishes
All users of the training room are expected to place their own used dishes in the box provided (under the coffee machine).

4. Practical portion
The following requirements apply for entering the track group or pit:

Orange warning vest
S3 safety shoes
Bump cap
5. Provision of the key
The key to the training room is provided to the party renting the room about 15 minutes before the start of the training at the office next to JMRH.

The key must be returned again either to the office during normal working hours (up to 3:30 p.m.) or dropped into the JMRH mailbox after hours.

For returns after hours:

The training room and courtyard door must be locked with 2 turns.  

The hall door need only be pulled closed upon exiting.
