Please submit your application for assessment and certification using the forms below and send them directly to VERS at audit@vpi-vers.eu
For a certification as combined audit, the requests to the respective certification associations (attachments 2 – 3) must be filled out separately and either sent complete to VERS along with the main request or sent separately to the specified certification associations.
